Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering or using any service offered by 123cuci, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 123cuci as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 123cuci services. Continued use following any changes to these terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
123cuci reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to check this page regularly to ensure they are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

Account Eligibility and Registration
To register and use 123cuci services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration
- Have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement
- Not be located in a region or country that prohibits online gambling activities
- Have never been directed by an authority or by yourself to avoid gambling platforms
- Register using your own valid identity — not on behalf of another person
- Not hold any active 123cuci account, or have had a previous account terminated due to fraud
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and all accounts involved will be terminated. Any balance or bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.
123cuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to submit the required verification documents within the specified period may face temporary account suspension.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
123cuci supports a range of payment methods suited to the needs of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or crypto equivalent.
Available payment methods are:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow
- FPX — Online Banking (covering various local banks)
- ShopeePay
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in the same user's name. 123cuci does not accept payments from third parties. If third-party payment is found to have occurred, the transaction in question will be cancelled and the account reviewed.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
123cuci offers various promotions to new and existing users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
The welcome bonus on offer is a 100% first deposit bonus up to RM888, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.
Example wagering requirement calculation:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
- Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760
Users are prohibited from using betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements artificially without real risk — including placing opposing bets on the same game. 123cuci reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if abuse is found to have occurred.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Other promotions such as cashback, birthday bonuses, or other special promotions will each have their own stated terms.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback
The 123cuci VIP programme rewards loyal players through four tiers offering weekly cashback based on gaming activity. The more active you play, the higher the VIP tier you can reach.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
VIP tier advancement depends on player activity and loyalty. Cashback is credited to the user's account each week and can be used to continue playing. 123cuci reserves the right to modify the VIP programme terms at any time, and users will be informed via the website or live chat.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
123cuci users are required to use this platform in a responsible, honest manner that does not breach any applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information
- Holding more than one account under the same or different names
- Using automation software, bots, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage
- Placing opposing bets to meet bonus wagering requirements artificially
- Harassing, threatening or acting disrespectfully towards 123cuci support staff
- Transferring funds between different user accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Any attempt at money laundering through the 123cuci platform
- Breaching the terms of any promotion or exploiting any technical bugs
In situations where 123cuci has reasonable grounds to investigate any suspicious activity, the user's account may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is carried out. Any funds obtained through illegitimate means will be forfeited.
Account Suspension and Closure
Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the 123cuci support team. Before closure is processed, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to identity verification.
123cuci also reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents
- Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
- A request from a competent authority
- A determination that continued use of this platform is not safe for the user in question
In cases of account termination due to a breach of terms, 123cuci reserves the right not to return any balance in that account if involvement in prohibited activities is established.
Liability Limits and Disclaimers
123cuci provides the platform service as is. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without downtime, free from errors or protected from all external threats.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 123cuci is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The maximum liability of 123cuci to a user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Users acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of losing money, and all betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable to 123cuci's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights of users protected under consumer protection laws applicable in Malaysia.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
123cuci reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be displayed on this page with the most recent effective date.
